Super Rugby Jersey Clash 2018- Stormers and Blues both wear Blue! Pictures Same colour

A shirt clash in rugby isn’t uncommon (unfortunately!) and we were witness to another in the Super Rugby game between the Stormers and the Blues in Cape Town on 17 March, 2018. Both teams have the same primary kit colour (blue) and in this Cape Town afternoon sun, it felt like there was one team on the pitch with 30 players!

SBW BNZ Sponsor Logo Covered- Sonny Bill Williams Collar Logo on Blues Shirt Tape

Sonny Bill Williams made his return in a Blues jersey today against the Highlanders at Forsyth Barr and it appeared that he had the BNZ logo on the collar covered. Reason unknown, but perhaps Williams’ faith does not allow him to endorse banks that charge interest?.

Here is a page that details attendances from Australian Super Rugby home fixtures for the 2017 season. Will be regularly updated- last update done after Brumbies vs Hurricanes playoff game game on 21 July, 2017.
