This bad Andre Esterhuizen tackle on Naivalu saw the Sharks inside centre being sent off in their clash against the Rebels at Kings Park.
The Klerksdorp born No.12 has been an influential figure for the Sharks over the last couple of seasons after the departure of Frans Steyn and has formed a formidable centre pairing with Lukhanyo Am. He’s practically been playing non stop for the Sharks in the last year- the fans were asking for him to take a break, but perhaps not this way!
Esterhuizen has been banned for six weeks for this challenge
