Video Cheetahs vs Sunwolves 92-17 All Tries Super Rugby Highlights April 15 2016

The Cheetahs recorded their biggest ever Super Rugby win as they thrash the Sunwolves 92-17 in this game in Bloemfontein on April 15, 2016. Sergeal Petersen and Paul Schoeman with three tries each for Free State while Torsten van Jaarsveld, Francois Venter, Uzair Cassiem, Raymond Rhule, Shaun Venter, Hilton Lobberts, Clayton Blommetjies and Jacques du Toit all scored one try each.

The 92-17 win equalled the points scored by the Pretoria based Blue Bulls when they beat the Queensland Reds 92-3 back in 2007.

Jaco Kriel Kubota Spears- Golden Lions flanker to join Japanese club

In form Golden Lions flanker Jaco Kriel seems to be joining the exodus of South African players to the Far East after signing for Kubota Spears. The Spears, coached by former Bulls gaffer Frans Ludeke already have Keegan Daniel, Lionel Mapoe and Grant Hattingh in their ranks, and are set to add Kriel and Bulls star Lappies Labuschagne to their roster.

While Labuschagne’s move is set to be permanent (meaning he will not return for Super Rugby), sources in the South African media have said that Kriel will return for Super Rugby and will only not be available for the Currie Cup.

Kriel has been in the form flanker in South Africa over the last year and a half but has surprisingly not yet been capped by the Boks.
